The Crew is a boutique creative studio led by Keyanna Mckenzie, specializing in content production, campaign strategy, and digital storytelling.
While I operate as a solo creative director for most projects, I’ve built a trusted network of photographers, videographers, editors, and producers I can bring on as needed — allowing me to scale up for full-service production when the vision calls for more. I ideated this campaign to spotlight the diversity of real women who walk into the salon—each with a different story, texture, and reason for showing up.
Concept: Showcase range and relatability across race, hair type, and lifestyle.
Creative Direction: Designed as a cinematic series that merges beauty storytelling with brand psychology.
Impact: Helped the client reach 45K+ views, 230+ saves, and a 30% rise in inquiries in the first week.

Say Ahhh Pediatrics – Parent Prep & Special Needs Care
This reel introduced the heart behind Say Ahhh Pediatric Dentistry, highlighting how the team guides parents in preparing their children especially those with unique sensory or developmental needs — for comfortable dental visits.
Concept: Translate medical expertise into relatable, digestible storytelling that empowers families.
Creative Direction: Warm lighting, calm pacing, and real patient interactions to demystify pediatric care.
Impact: Earned 50K+ organic views, strengthened trust in the brand, and became one of their most-shared educational videos.

Before launching my agency, I served as Content Lead at Lilly’s Kloset, where I developed the brand’s signature story-driven fashion reels that turned online browsing into emotional connection.
